how to knit directions

I hope you will follow my knitting instructions. Knitting is the oldest craft among all the crafts.

Take it from me, when you knit-it-yourself, it feels good! If you are crafty at all, try your hand at knitting a baby blanket. A piece of knitting begins with the process of casting on (also known as "binding on"), which involves the initial creation of the stitches on the needle.

Some of the complicated patterns become, if not simple or easy, less intimidating once you have a few easy projects under your belt. Such needles are usually 10-16 inches long but, due to the compressibility of knitted fabrics, may be used to knit pieces significantly wider. The single yarns may be dyed separately before plying, or afterwards to give the yarn a uniform look. Yarns are grouped by thickness into six categories: superfine, fine, light, medium, bulky and superbulky; quantitatively, thickness is measured by the number of wraps per inch (WPI).

All it consists of is knitting one row, then purling the next, and so on, and so on. Patterns for knitting provide a strong outline and foundation for starting any new knitting project.
